TEAMCare Behavioral Health, LLC is a growing organization, built in collaboration with our staff

and the providers with whom we are affiliated.

TEAMCare Behavioral Health was created in 2007 to provide quality behavioral health services.

Comprised of a clinical team staff of psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, clinicians and

support staff, TEAMCare Behavioral Health is a respected name in the communities we serve.

We pride ourselves in our emphasis on collaboration with client, family members and treatment team, as well as primary care physicians and other providers in a strength-based approach to intervention.

Our Mission

TEAMCare Behavioral Health is committed to excellence and integrity in the evaluation and treatment of the whole person, through a caring team approach to intervention. We focus upon

the strengths of each individual we serve, and consider the roles of family, sociocultural

background, and the environments in which our clients live.

Our History

TEAMCare Behavioral Health represents collaboration between Hugh S. Smith, Ph.D., CEO/President of Business Development and Jennifer Hynes, M.S., CEO, President of

Operations, in building a program to address the needs of Lancaster County youth and

their families from a team perspective.

HIPAA

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), a federal law that addresses patient privacy, governs TEAMCare Behavioral Health, LLC. As required, TEAMCare Behavioral Health, LLC has adopted a Privacy Notice that reviews patient rights as well as the obligation of our group to protect individual health information.
